Wet-lining My Eye Shadows Instructions: Place a small amount of powder into a lid or swirly bowl. Using a moistened (Precise Slanted Eyeliner Brush) as seen below (I like aloe Vera juice, but water is fine), dip the tip into loose powder.
Using your lid or the back of your hand, mix the powder and liquid together to create a smooth consistency. Working swiftly, carefully apply to upper and/or lower lids starting as close to the lashes as possible.
Remember to clean your brush when done with the proper cleaner for the type of product you use to create the wet liner, and don’t use the same brush for dry eye shadow application!!!
